Integrating technology in a service-centered space, the Learning Commons provides support for research, technology and collaborative learning. We endeavor to provide seamless access to research and technology help along with direct access to a large array of information resources and productivity tools.

Reference:

Our reference librarians can help with all aspects of your research, including coming up with a good research question, finding books, articles and quality online sources, using Interlibrary Loan to get material from other libraries, using Refworks to make citing your papers a breeze, and much more. IT Help - Learning Commons (LC) Assisants:

Designed with larger workspaces, the Scholarly Commons (SC) offers students (Grad and UnderGrad) to work together or to meet with faculty and librarians to work on projects, assignments and research. The Digital Media Center (DMC) situated within the SC is designed for to provide an optimal environment for both individual and group work with the tools and software required for multimedia design and creation.

We have three computer classrooms in the library.

Often these rooms are booked with library instruction sessions or other instruction. When we are not using them for formal instruction, they are open for anyone. We keep schedules on the rooms to let you know availability, but you can also check their availabilty in ReservIT.
