Notes:
Although the building has a mansard roof, the rest of this house has typical stick elements such as chamfered posts and brackets. Its located only a few hundred feet from the ocean. The ceramic tiles ornamenting the porch balustrade are reportedly items purchased from the Japanese display at the Philadelphia Centennial Exhibition of 1876.
