In a neighborhood of many well-preserved Victorian mansions, this Stick Style residence occupies one of the larger lots. It retains its brick carriage house in the rear. Also in this neighborhood is a Stick Style home by Sturgis and Brigham at 25 Reservoir Street. It is in fine condition but difficult to photograph.
