1872
Address:
245 Puritan Rd. Swampscott, MA

Notes:
Originally a summer home, this waterfront building has a spectacular view of the Atlantic Ocean as well as the Boston skyline. It appears to have lost some of its Victorian ornamentation over the years. The porte cochere and center gable clearly show its Stick Style origins.
